To prevent any conflicts of interest that could undermine impartial business practices, Ignyte has established strict guidelines, including:
- Avoiding Conflicts: Ignyte will not engage in business relationships that pose an unacceptable threat to impartiality when conducting certification activities.
- Certification Restrictions: Ignyte does not offer certification services to other certification bodies for their management systems.
- Separation of Services: Ignyte refrains from certifying management systems on which the client has received management-system consultancy or internal audits if the relationship between the consultancy organization and Ignyte could compromise impartiality.
- Prohibition of Outsourcing: Audits are never outsourced to management-system consultancy organizations, ensuring that certification processes remain free from undue influence.
- Personnel Restrictions: Individuals who have provided management-system consultancy, including in a managerial capacity, are not involved in any certification activities related to the same client within two years after the consultancy ends.
- Response to Threats: Ignyte actively monitors and responds to any threats to its impartiality that may arise from the actions of third parties.
- Declaration of Interests: All personnel, whether internal or external, are required to disclose any situations that could present a conflict of interest, ensuring transparency and impartiality in all certification activities.
These measures ensure that Ignyte’s certification processes remain fair, objective, and credible, upholding the highest standards of professional integrity.
